Welcome to Year 6

Welcome to Year 6, the final chapter of primary school. A year of exciting opportunities, rewarding experiences and challenge! This is your year to shine!

It doesn’t seem two minutes since the children were starting in reception and here they are embarking on their final year at Ashleigh. Year 6 is a challenging year; the best way to describe it is like a roller coaster ride – lots of highs and a few lows!

In Year 6 you will be expected to work hard but in return, you will be rewarded with many happy memories, lasting friendships, and an increased confidence to take you onto your next adventure.

How good are you at grammar, punctuation and spelling?
